Purchases of Products
Price and Payment
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email to the email address provided by you during the checkout process. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until we send you a confirmation email. Goods are subject to availability. If an item, you have ordered becomes out of stock we shall notify you as soon as possible. If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.  We are unable to amend your order once it has been placed online.
Full payment for your purchase must be made before we can dispatch your order. The prices shown on our website are GST free. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges as detailed below. We charge you for your order in AUD. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the credit or debit card company of the card used for payment. Any customers outside of Australia will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. From time to time we may offer discounts on our products at our discretion. Unless otherwise stated, these are for Australian residents only. Discounts of this nature can only be redeemed during the promotion period. Customers are eligible to use one promotional code at a time. Unless otherwise stated, one use per customer.
Digital Artwork
Digital work is printed upon order.
Please allow 2 weeks for your custom-made print to be shipped.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order hits the post.
In most cases, we offer free delivery for digital artworks anywhere in Australia unless a promotion states otherwise.
Shipping rates will vary for international locations. We reserve the right to change our delivery costs at any time without notice to you.
We understand that it is very tempting, but please resist the urge to open your print immediately. Ensure that the print packaging is only opened by a professional framer, as the prints are delicate and may be damaged by mishandling.
Care instructions will be shipped together with your print.
Other Works
In some cases, shipping shall require a specialist handler.
A shipping quote should be obtained and agreed to prior to confirming an order of art work/s.
When you order an art work/s we will be in contact to arrange the particulars.
Pre-purchase viewings of original arts works are welcome, please contact us to arrange.
Shipping & Handling
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered for a change of mind.
We only replace items that we can replace, and only if they are defective on arrival or have been damaged during shipping.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with images of the damage to breezeblockmosaicanddigital@gmail.com for the replacement of your print with an identical one.
All artwork is handled with the utmost care during and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via bank transfer or via PayPal if your purchase was made through PayPal.
Returns Policy
To return your product, you should email info@yshstudio.com to request the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE KEEP A RECORD OF THE TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOU HAVE SENT THE ITEM AS WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST/ DELAYED PACKAGES.
The purchaser of our goods takes full responsibility for the proper use, storage and maintenance of these goods.
