About

Upon finishing her Bachelor of Fine Arts education, Yvonne started

YSH Studio, as a home for her newly thriving Fine Arts Studio practice. Yvonne exhibited broadly in a number of Solo and group shows

and enjoyed great success.

Over time, YSH Studio grew to include Fine Arts teaching, Artist in Residence contracts, digital art and design, large event face painting and body art projects, public art and mural work.

Significant further study (Master of Arts, Arts Therapy and Psychodrama Accreditation), led to Yvonne's work as a specialist Arts Psychotherapist, Allied Health Clinician, employed in 'Community Palliative Care’ (20years).

With a sincere love of people, good health care and expression, Yvonne continues her clinical work beside her Studio work , contract work and private practice as a recognised Artist, Arts Psychotherapist Supervisor in her Professional Registration with ANZACATA.

Yvonne’s Studio portraiture, surface pattern design and illustration work are going from strength to strength.

Mission

“Collaborating with my patrons to achieve their art works, their contracts, their commissions is thrilling.

I love to take spontaneous ideas through their paces and achieve a beautiful original work.

Yvonne

Vision

"I truly love paint.

I have an affinity with it, a basic need to respond to the world by creating works of art that favour my genuine love of connecting with beauty, nature, people and our stories..."
