Marks and changes...

Well, just like that my family and I have wrapped up our divine country Victoria residency adventures in our beloved Malmsbury. Can you tell it's been done with a heavy heart? I'm still working there in the region a couple of times a month and theres ongoing visits with loved ones, so it's not farewell by any measure, but its been a full-heart good bye to our loved Airbnb 'Leila at Malmsbury".

Here on the Peninsula home life continues to be enriching around work in the studio making new art works, new art prints, bespoke print products such as washi tapes, fabrics, and artist made children's birthday party favours, temporary tattoos, art, colouring pages, and new book Illustration work. Access to great learning in the four-fold areas of my arts practice and businesses has brought on new opportunities with some good people.

I'm truly so grateful to be a person who rests with a sketch book, pen, brush, and paint in my hands. Through life's peaks and troughs, its this making of marks that continues to provide daily company to my sense making of this world, the dreams I have, the incredible people I meet and share life with, and the places I frequent that give so much by way of their random details and broadening vistas. Thank goodness for our time sharing our home in Malmsbury with others for their travel and respite over these past 3+ years. It's been a time of great work of the soul, and along with others, its these experiences that continue to come through what I make daily in my creative businesses.
